It is important that you contact us before running this application as we cannot support you unless we have a ticket raised and are expecting the connection. Any unexpected connections will be disconnected or ignored.
If you have been asked to use the remote support tool by one of our staff then you may have this open in front of you. To connect to our servers you need to enter the password and then click on "Connect". After the applet connects our operator will be able to see your screen and assist in solving your problem. You can disconnect the session at any time by clicking on the icon in the taskbar.
Quick Steps to getting started with Live Support
Installation of Remote support application (Internet Explorer)
You can download the application from this link and you will be prompted to save or open it. The quickest option is to run it from the download. You will see a screen like this:

click on Run and then you may see this dialog at which you would click Run again and then you will see the remote support screen

Installation of Remote support application (Firefox)
In Firefox you will be prompted to save the file to a location on your hard disk. This can be anywhere but we recommend your desktop so that you can easily find it again.

After the file has been saved to the desktop then firefox will allow you to open it from within its "Downloads" window.

You may be required to use the Original Remote Supportapplication if there are issues witht he above service. Please do not use this unless requested to as it is not enabled by default.
