Symptom:    

PC may have crashed whilst running Sage Line 50. On rebooting the PC and running Sage again the following warning mat be displayed

'Username in use. The program cannot connect you at this time'

Problem:    

Sage thinks their is a user logged onto the company.

Solution:    

Assuming that it's the single company version, within the program installation folder there will be a folder ACCDATA. Within the ACCDATA folder will be a file QUEUE.DTA - delete this file and, when you go into Line 50, the message will have gone.

If you have a multi company install, the ACCDATA folder will be with a COMPANY.XXX folder.
